Shaun Rowland Building Contractors is a family run business specialising in all aspects of the construction industry.

We pride ourselves in good customer relations and attention to detail. Originally established in 1989 and then becoming incorporated in 2001, the company has a wealth of experience in all areas of construction, employing direct employees and trusted specialist sub-contractors alike.

Shaun Rowland Building Contractors Ltd carries out a wide range of contracts from small works through to one-off new housing for which we are able to offer a full 10 year NHBC warranty.

Our professional friendly workforce are fully qualified and briefed on the latest Health and Safety requirements, we also carry full employee and public liability insurance.

All works are carried through ‘from commencement to completion’ and are fully project managed throughout. We are particularly proud of our ability to communicate with clients as we feel strongly that this is one of the most important aspects of any building project.

Shaun Rowland Building Contractors is proud of its record in providing individual apprenticeships to local people. We have trained our fourth apprentice who qualified in September 2013 and, until recently, had retained the services of our previous apprentice who had been with the company since leaving school in 2004.

Our sub-contract workforce have also remained constant for many years. They are professional, qualified and reliable and have become a valuable asset to our team. Our heating engineers and electricians are registered with their relevant governing bodies and as such we are able to offer advice and install renewable technologies such as solar water heating and photo-voltaic panels.
